You need your Goal - to know EXACTLY what you're working towards.
And I don't mean "I want to make £1000 a month."
It needs to be crystal-clear to you what you're aiming for in detail, and you have to tie it to something emotional to make it Real for you.
And (don't run off!) it needs to be IN WRITING!
In spite of the fact that I'm introverted, I'm going to expose myself here and walk you through it right here on this blog.
Now I know what you're thinking - "Come on, I just want to know how to make money!"
Well, this is step #1. Skip it, and your chances go down dramatically. Look at any leaders out there and read their stuff - each and EVERY one has had written goals for every success they've had!
So, being a My Fun Life Leader, I'll create my new MLM goal right here, now.
Remember, I didn't have a huge list, or a lot of fans, or any benefits to get started. I'm starting ground-floor like you may be. No head-starts or easy road for me!
Phew... here we go.
I will achieve this by my next Birthday, 18th March 2014
The exact income I will generate is £8,000 per month.
My Reasons for Desiring this Income are:
- Time Freedom. I want to eliminate this tiring trudge of working for what seems like a cash payment scheme for Paypal, Ebay and my website host.
- Financial Freedom. I want to finish paying off my debts, take care of my family and have the money to enjoy Life!
- Security and peace of mind. I want to continue to invest in my retirement fund. I want to expand my investments. I desire, no I CRAVE, a huge reserve to protect my family against the unthinkable.
- Travel. I have caught the bug - and I want to Travel and see the world, to experience other cultures.
- Live life, and do the things I want. play golf and oh-so-many books in my head!
I call it Back From the Future thinking.
Write out your perfect day, and make it real and be as descriptive as you can!
Here's mine
It's 6:00 when I jump out of bed... I'm not a morning person but I keep a simple and daily schedule and this is when I get up.I like the peace and quiet for myself in the morning.
It's Summer here in gods chosen county, which means it's warm but a bit humid and hopefully will be hotter later. A drink and watch the early morning news.
I sit on the rear patio to watch the sun climb over the trees with my morning coffee - a habit I know I should break but just can't!
Today is the day, and I'm anxious. The monthly matrix pay from My Fun Life, and I made it. £8,000 a month.

And there it is! I made it!
Sitting back, I know this is just the first step, but a monumental one. Coming up will be £20,000 and more, but for now I can be setting aside even more and maybe relax a bit and enjoy.
The summer holidays will be coming up - perhaps I should plan a special trip away somewhere for me and the kids.
But tonight, I should celebrate this milestone - Dinner at my favourite Chinese Restaurant?
No, I know. Somewhere special - the fondue restaurant downtown. Nice, quiet and dark. A couple of fruity drinks.
As one of the Top Leaders in My Fun Life I'll be eligible for a Cruise, but I've got to stay busy!
For now, I bask in the moment, shoot an email over to my financial advisor to make sure I'm doing all I need to for taxes, and then log in to my blog to make a video and post the good news!
Later, I'll go for a swim, plan a good vacation for next Christmas, and map out the path to my next income goal.
£30,000 per month, here I come!

See how powerful that is?
A Number, no matter how large or seemingly unattainable it is, doesn't have the Force or Emotional Power behind it that a Vision does.
When I re-read that, I can see it... I can FEEL it... I can hear the birds outside, feel the wind in my hair (ha!) ... and the adrenaline as I check my back-office in My Fun Life and see my goal being achieved!
BIG difference, right?
