A Legend Thirty Five Years In The Making!

Be a part of the Legend! And please be responsible…

At Louie’s, we encourage you to Drink Responsibly! Please, don’t drink and drive
For over thirty five years now Louie’s Backyard has been it. “The place” where the party aficionados get their Spring Break on. South Padre Island Spring Break 2014 is going to be bigger than ever! Louie’s has been featured on MTV, 60 Minutes, the Travel Channel, VH1, ETV, and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Past Spring Break guests include Trick Daddy, Ying Yang Twins, Lil Scrappy, Petey Pablo, Nitty, Trillville, Juvenile, Baby Bash, Mike Jones from Swishahouse Records, J-Kwon, Nina Sky, and Brooke Valentine at the Backyard. And every year the acts get bigger, bigger and that’s right, bigger.
You never know who is going to show up at Louie’s! Make that, you want to know who is going to show up at Louie’s.

Parasailing is a safe and relaxing way to view the island, or if  you are the adventurous type, try dual skydiving with an instructor or just  stroll along the eleven miles of sandy beach and watch or participate in sand  castle building.

In the evening enjoy a relaxing trip on one of the many  dolphin cruises, watch the dolphins play and enjoy a cool and refreshing drink.

At night  enjoy dinner and dancing at any one of the  favorite night spots such as the Radisson Resort, Holiday Inn, Sheraton Resort  or Louie's Backyard are among the many.

Just minutes from the island enjoy a round of golf at the South Padre Island  Golf Club.
This championship course was designed by Cris Cole and Stephen  Caplinger of Landmark National.

Historic Brownsville, the scene of the last battle of  the civil war, has a lot to offer.

Visit Brownsville's historic museum, the  Confederate Air Force Museum which houses aviation memorabilia and 15 historic  aircraft still in flying condition, and the Gladys Porter Zoo, which is rated  one of the top 10 zoo's in the U.S. with more than 1,800 mammals, reptiles,  birds and other animals.

Brownsville also has three good golf courses.
In near by Corpus Christi visit the Texas Aquarium or take a sight seeing tour  of the U.S.S. Independence.

Experience the raw grandeur and astonishing contrasts of Scotland's landscapes. Discover the romance and drama of Scottish history.
Find your own magic place among purple hills and snow-clad mountain peaks.

Join us in the heart of the Scottish Highlands for the holiday of a lifetime.

Scandinavian Village, Aviemore, is situated in the Cairngorms National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty with rugged mountains, heather-clad hills and fascinating lochs.
To the East is the world famous Cairngorm Mountain Range.
The Gaelic name for the Cairngorms is Am Monadh Ruadh (the Red Hills) due to the pink granite on the plateau.
However the name Cairn Gorm means Blue Mountain as the peak apparently looks blue from a distance.
Cairn Gorm itself is 1245 metres high (4084 feet) and can be easily visited on a fine day in summer.
For Munro Baggers the Cairngorm Range boasts no fewer than 17 Munroes, including 5 out of the 6 highest mountains in Great Britain.
For the uninitiated,a Munro is a mountain rising to over 3000 feet above sea level.
On our West side we are flanked by the Monadhliath (or the Grey) Mountains, which sweep westwards to the shores of the world famous Loch Ness, home of the elusive Loch Ness Monster.
